Was at a SN a couple weeks ago and after we did our thing, the WG took a condom out of her little kit, washed it and filled it up with hot water... basically it was a giant water balloon. She then proceeded to use that water balloon and used it to massage my nether regions. It actually felt pretty good and relaxing at the time. After an hour or so, one of my balls started to feel real sore.. it was a pretty strange feeling. I'm not sure if I busted my nut too hard or if it was the result of this "massage". Any bros had this done to them and did you have this after effect?

She then pro ... Maybe you have early stages of varicocele.It's like varicosis but it happens in your balls.Maybe hot water increased your blood circulation down there and it caused pain.
