NL Buddies

This has been asked and slightly answered a couple of years ago, however, just wondering about that 141 Nightlife site, and the NL Buddies.  

Is this a guaranteed bait and switch portal for dubious papa sans?

I get that these are WG's just wondering how it differs from the usual postings in the 141 site? are they just old hags, behind the pretty photo's and telephone calls?

Have no bro's tried these in HK, where the mongering scene is so developed?
