If they resides there does it mean in any way it would be better looking , cleaner

In there working hours they write '24 hrs'.  That should mean they are living there full time .

It means they live there. I've found that when this is the case, the rooms are messier. Live there = more stuff = messier

But sometimes you might get a bigger bed at the 24 hrs places.

if not, you can always arrange for her to stay at your hotel

Most of them says negotiable for overnight and as many of you have pointed ot there are

and Some are already So expensive Like 1400-1800 How much do they charge

If you're not just looking for info, and that you really plan to try : select some girls you like, and call to ask for prices.

From all the information you can find on the forum, I thin you know enough how things are working. After, it often depends on the girl. Unless you ask for 1 girl n particular, answers you'll get here are very genera.

Just give a try and report back.

I did go for a overnight with a $800 girl years ago and I paid $3000 at the end. I think the price is negotiable with the PPS. Price maybe lower if you are a long-term customer.

For overnight, I think the going rate is 3x price +100 for taxi to your place, so normal HG = (800 x 3) + 100 = $2500.
You mentioned some girls being $1400-1700, which probably means you are looking at KG/JGs. Let me give you some free advice: If you haven't punted before, don't start with an overnight session with a KG/JG unless you are so insanely rich you don't mind pissing away money.
The norm for KG/JG reports compared to mainland or Thai HGs tends to be thus: KG/JGs almost always to CBJ compared to BBBJ, they seldom allow DFK, DATY or photos. Most are "enhanced" and often aren't even the nationality they are advertised as, (e.g. Koreans are not from Korea, but ethnic Koreans from NE China or JGs are really KGs).
Again, there is no way I would ever consider doing an overnight with a KG/JG unless, she had a few really good reports or I had already tried a normal session with that girl and had a good session with her.

That's why this forum comes in handy ,so you can benefit from other punters experiences.
With so many information available one can make informed decisions like the prices and services expected and offered .

One suggestion though Why don't everyone just include in there factsheet or appraisal whether the girl in Database

is actually the girl they met in person (little photoshop enhancement shouldn't matter ) at the address.

It means they are open 24 hrs, which usually means there are shifts working at the venue. Also common is of course the illegal China tourist visa chicks who do not leave the apartment for the duration of their stay, but they tend to sleep and so really shouldn't be advertised as 24hr.

any example locations Cunning??  never seen a report by any bro for any 6am action at a 24hr walkup.  

if some of them are run this way, it would be great to know...especially with my messed up working hours!

Since there is nearly none punter would come in around 6am (I guess shouldn't be more than 3 in a year), most WGs would stand later than 3am and go sleep. Although they stated as 24hr walkup, the WGs would still take off the welcome sign when they are sleeping. My suggestion is making an appointment with the girl you wanna visit so she get herself ready for your unusual early punt. (Offer them a better price would help)

I got limited time only from 9am to 12am before I go to Macau with my mates (Not punting types) So just want to make best of It.

I concur with what bro Ramont here said about the price for overnight. I've done it myself back in 2010 and yep, it was 3x + 100. And if your hotel/home is far away, they will probably ask for 200 instead of 100. Another thing to note is that the overnight only starts from about midnight or 1am...meaning at the end of the workday for the girl after she's serviced as many punters as she can. Unless you know the agent well or are willing to pay more, you won't get the standard overnight package (of 3x + 100) at 8pm or whatever.

It really depends. If the girl has had a lot of customers and you're the 10th customer of the day and doing overnight, chances are she's going to be tired and just looking to crash. I've done overnight a couple of times and I just find that the girl is so tired and consequently, the service is not as good too. But again, if the girl has had only one or two customers that day, you may be in luck.
