Recently returned from HK and only had the chance to experience HGs, so i thought i would give some feedback on the agents i dealt with. To cut to the chase, i would rank from my experience as follows:

Good:

1. DK - Reliable, polite, decent english, willing to text eng name of hotel!!, good selection, photos are not heavily doctored, hotels not always the cheap and nasty. Did i say reliable?
2. CK - Didnt get a chance to try, as his HG was unavailable. didnt just set me up with a B&S but asked if i wanted to take a look at other options. Ive got a feeling he also engages in a bit of false advertising as the girl i was after was not available and when i asked if she has time tomorrow, he asked me to ring tomorrow. DK did not have any problems booking appointments in the following day.
3. Agent with phone 6313 8806 (Agent for Kar Kar and currently, Australia) Polite, reliable, nice hotel (RG at TST), speaks some eng, didnt try B&S, only problem is a lack of a good selection.

TWOT (total waste of time):

1. MMS with number beginning with 9795 0061 (Vivian) - B&S but with viable alternative, shoe box hotels
2. PPS with number beginning with 6696 5876 (Vera, July) - B&S with shitty attitude, no viable alternative, shoe box hotels
3. MMS for Co Co in Tsuen Wan (i went there based on the report here) Rang ahead of schedule and asked for Co Co. MMS said ring her when i get to TW. Rang her when i get there, and she said she will call me back. 30 min later, no call, so i called her again. She said Co Co is running late and will give me a call back... im like wtf... should i go or stay... against better judgement, i waited for another 30 min and called then mms again. All she said was CoCo was resting and then hung up!! I wasted an hr of my time at the MTR station and didnt even get to see a HG!

Some final words, i did not have a lot of available time in HK, so reliability was important. Genuine HGs profiles will only stay on the DB for a short time, and if you see recurring ads for a few weeks of the same HG, chances are you will be get B&S. Also have the photo of the HG ready when u go to the hotel room and dont be afraid to walk away.

Suffering from going back 2 work after holidays, but once I get my act together, definitely reports coming!

It's time we exerted a little control over this situation.  The income of Agents comes entirely from us, the punters.  Yet so many are dishonest and unreliable.  This Website Admin must realize that as the credibility of the DB falls (due to extreme Photoshopping, Bait'N'Switch, etc) the community will stop using it --- just as almost everyone here avoids online Escort Agencies: we don't trust them so don't use them. Likewise, if we continue to lose trust in the accuracy of the DB, and the reliability of the agents, we'll stop using it to find gals, the Agents will slowly stop paying for ads, and eventually  the website fails and shuts.  

In contrast, I bet certain good agents, like DK or CK, who consistently get great feedback on here, are getting busier and busier precisely because they are earning a very positive reputation for being trustworthy, prompt, and reliable.  They're good business people.   They've truly recognized the problem and even "Brand" themselves via the gals nicknames so all punters know it is one of their girls - and therefore feel confident going to visit her.

Mind you, clearly the chinese side would have to take the lead on this --- they represent a far bigger revenue stream to the agents then this side.  

Or.... To minimize the negative aspects of outing the crap ones, perhaps we can start a thread listing the great ones.  Then, when a bro wants to find a gal he can search for known good agents first, browse the DB for those agent's gals, and find one knowing he'll have a high likelihood of getting said girl at the agreed time.  Other agents might soon aspire to get listed as a quality provider and improve their service quickly.

I defintely agree with the agent's marketing technique of differentiating themselves. My  last punts were purely chosen on this basis because of their reliability. Especially as a tourist, i dont want to waste my precious time hopping from hotel to hotel seeing BS after BS. A potential issue is that because the agents are more reliable, the pics of the girls may not be as attractive as the fake ones, which was what led me to choosing the unknown agents first.

It would probably help if something is stickied to warn potential punters that they need to think about the reliability of the agents (if they even know there are agents) and realise how different (literally!) the girl you see in the hotel room can be to the girl's pics on the DB!

FYI, DK numbers are going under the names "xxxxx Girl" now.

I don't think most agents book appts for the following day, but there are exceptions like DK.
