Fake tits is the start and might be acceptable in moderation, but then we move on to other fake body parts, fake women (lady boys), or maybe even fake people (dolls/machines)! Sagging is horrible even small sagging tits don't look nice. Big melons are a no no as they never sit up nicely. But the nipple plays a big part and again nice and round and preferably not invert.
