Middle Aged women in Kowloon Park

One of my chinese friends told me that the middle aged women are in the local tabloid news for a reason.
Targeting the Afro and South Asian men, these middle aged women want to befriend these men with
the belief that they are well endowed .

Somewhat unbelievable but can our Chinese bros confirm if there was indeed such a news in the local
chinese tabloids?
