I've been to HK twice and both times had relatively bad experiences...

3rd: Second night...  This site didn't have much in English then - so I call some agency from Yellow Pages again, this time with a full-page ad (so I think they must be good).  Aha, right...  Girl again bloody late (instead of promised 20 minuted it's nearly an hour...).  So she turns up, $900 is paid upfront, she's rather cute and looks 18-19 yo.  So I think - finally I "got it".  So we've had a shower together, then go to bed and she kind of looks at me like 'I'm tired - just do your thing and let me go'.  OK I think... tried to kiss her nipple - she says $200 extra for this.  WTF...?  Starting to get my hand close to her pussy - she says thats $200 more to touch, $400 more to lick and $700 more to put the finger in.  Guess what happened...  My dick went soft straight up after all this $$ discussions - I wasn't even sure if I wanted "it" any more.  Ended up with her giving me a HJ...

So, as you see, my experience with 141 in HK was quite diappointing...  I will be there again and I, honestly, don't know what to do.  I still want to have nice Asian girl.  Don't get me wrong - my wife was nice Asian girl some 15 years ago and still is, I just want to have something different and a bit younger.  Also, I've had 141 and 241 service in many other places in Europe, Asia, Oz, Brazil and US - some was not too good, some was great. But I never was as disappointed as in HK.

For your situation I recommend a karaoke club.  You will get to see the girl before spending any money.  You will also have a chance to see if like the way the girl reacts to you.  See my recommendations at the bottom.

The manager will take you to a small room with the karaoke equipment.  They will ask what you want to drink.  In a few minutes the manager will bring a girl and ask if she is ok.  Unless the girl is unattractive, say yes and she will sit with you.  This is where you check her out.  Feel her up to see if you like her tits or if she has too much pussy hair.  If you like to kiss the girls, here is where you find out if she will allow it.

After about 15 minutes the manager will return and ask if you want the girl to stay.  If you don’t like her, say no and you can try another girl.  If you want the girl to stay there are different options depending on the club.

One option at every club is to simply stay in the room drinking, singing, playing dice games, and touching the girl within her limits.  The cost per hour is about $300 per hour in the  Mong Kok clubs that I go to.  This includes the girl and drinks if you are drinking beer.  The girl will probably encourage you to go for extra services.

Some clubs allow the extra services in the karaoke room.  I only want bj or FS if I can first shower with the girl, so I have never used this option and don’t know what the girl will ask to be paid.

Some clubs have rooms with a shower and bed in the same building.  The manager will tell you how much each shot with the girl costs and the room charge.  Keep in mind that the hourly rate is still running.

Another option is to take the girl out to your hotel.  You will pay the hourly rate for the time already spent in the karaoke room plus the charge for taking the girl out.    From my experience, there have been two types of “take out” charges.  One charge includes the girl’s services at the hotel and will be based on how many hours you want the girl.  In this case I think the girl is completely managed and get a percent of the take out charge.  

The other type of take out charge does not include the girl’s services in your hotel.  You will negotiate with the girl for how long, how many shots, special services, etc.  The club will bring you the bill for the karaoke room charge plus the club’s take out charge.

Here are some recommendations.

New China Night Club, 1/F, 687-689 Nathan Rd, Mong Kok.  There is a money exchanger at the entrance to the building.  Go past this to the elevators.  Next to the elevator is a set of stairs.  At the top of the stairs is the club entrance.  If you want extra services with the girl, there are shower/bed rooms upstairs.  Room charge about $100.  You pay the girl directly for $300 for 1 pop, or 2 pops for $500.  

Club Name??, 7/F, 607 Nathan Road, Mong Kok.  There is a large open entrance for this building with lots of girl posters on the ground floor.  Toward the back is the elevators.  Go to the 7th floor.  Here you can do the extras in the karaoke room if the girl will agree.  I had a girl here a few weeks back that does not do it in the room, so I took her out.  Total damage was $1800.  One hour in karaoke room ($300), club take out charge ($700) and price negotiated with the girl ($800).  Had a great time with this girl.  Will provide details in report section of forum.

Fu Ying Wah Night Club, 109-113 Portland St, Mong Kok.  Small lobby on ground floor with elevators just inside.  Go up stairs to the left of elevators.  Had a young mainland girl at this club.  When the manager asked after the first 15 minutes I said I want full service.  I don’t know the breakdown of the charges but 90 minutes and two shots in the shower/bed room was $660 for everything.  There was no karaoke room charge.  I went back a few days later about 10pm and asked for the same girl overnight in my hotel.  After some hard negotiating, kept the girl until 9am for $1600.  She was very GFE.  I didn’t know how much of the $1600 was for her, so I gave her a $300 tip just in case not very much.

For the New China Night Club, you mean room rate 100$/hr for singing Karaoke with girl? and 300$ for FS with girl in the K room? or in another room?  So the damage can be as low as $400 total for the hour?

The karaoke room rate is about $300 per hour.  It will be a little less on Sundays and after 9pm the charge is a little more.  The hourly rate doesn't stop when you take thegirl to another room to shag her.  The shag room rate is minimal.  It may be as much as $100 or no extra charge, it depends on the club.  See my report of New China Night Club on a Sunday.

Thank you VERY MUCH for the information.  I will definitely go to the club - I will most likely stay in the hotel on Nathan Road anyway, somewhere around Jordan - it's only a short walk to Mong Kok anyway...
Which club would be better if I am a stupid tall caucasian with no clue whatsoever...?  That would be most embarassing...
(Most likely I'll be in HK some time in early March - will definitely write a report).

You will do fine at any of these clubs as long as the manager can communicate to explain the rates and ask what you want.  I'm a tall caucasiian also, but your only stupid if you accept what you don't want or pay more that what it is worth.
