look to the left of the big screen TV. There is an opening between the wall and the window, follow it around to find a very quiet little "nook" that is only visible to those actually "in the nook". Is there such a place as a punting coffee shop in HK? I've read reports of bros getting lucky in a local Starbucks, but not as a regular, dependable pickup joint. It would certainly be a different experience to be 'shopping' on caffeine rather than wearing bear goggles.

no idea??? i'm sure that if there was a big enough market for it someone in HK would have a try... but I'm not sure it would do well, the midday sex is well catered for by walk-ups and HGs.

You know, in the lounge at Hari's you can have tea or coffee any time Hari's is open so it's kind of what OP is looking for. I myself have had a cup of tea or coffee to quickly sober up when something has really caught my eye...

Any believe it or not, they do fantastic sashimi, especially the tuna.

And here it is I've been deliberately avoiding the sashimi on the theory that only a proper sushi restaurant would do it right. Next Thursday I'm forgoing my Hari's burger (tasty little twin burgers actually

i've had some succsess with the DH in the park on Sunday's, but they do tend to be a little more conservative than the girls in the discos and it's normally took a couple of meets. With all due respect for a older white guy the parks might not be the best idea.

I would agree with the posters suggesting Hari's but you can also find WG's in places such as Delaneys in TST which is more of a restaurent than a rowdy bar or chatting to these girls when there congragating around wanchai and TST before there inside the bars

anyway it's HK i'm sure you find it too difficult!!

I used to run into Thai girls from time to time in Delaneys in TST. Also Filippina, from time to time.
I imagine that you could ask the barman if they serve soda water.

I think they would pop in there on their way elsewhere later in the evening.

I tried Hari's Bar tonight. The lounge area is fine. I was hungry (for food) so i got there a bit before 7pm on a Monday night, which I expected to be quiet; it was! The burgers are great for somebody who's been flying half the day, and then I sat there watching the passing trade (slow) and reading the newspaper. Then Nikita and Alexandra walked in.
