Isn't that a bit hard? Most Airline Staff have their own checkout line and exit before most Foreigners do from the Airport due to passport checking etc.. Unless you're a local, you'll be out before them.
Why not try chatting them up on the plane and then afterwards see if they want to grab a drink or hell who knows?
