Now, why the government keep saying that they are committed to reduce pollution but leaving all the cars doing nothing but queuing at cross harbour tunnel? they should have solve the tunnel problem first coz all those cars are one hell of contributing factors to pollution in HK.
Well, I cross western harbour tunnel everyday and amazingly I think there are more traffic nowdays before the price increased. I heard they are looking to increase traffic by not reducing the tunnel prices, so some expert come up with solution to increase tunnel price to get more traffic. what the fuck is the rationale behind it? well it is said that there's psychollogically effect in that as cross harbour tunnel will be even more congested and those who fed up will switch to western harbour, truck who are on tight schedule etc. not to mentioned they charge truck at HK D 110 !!
