Ok, why can't I post in the HK report forum?

Have a report, albeit not a good one, but I don't get the new post icon for that forum only. Does it have to do with access? Thanks for whatever help can be provided.

Yes it is to do with access. If you have a report you can post it in the Reports by Nookie Newbies section until you reach 75 credits and become a Musky Member
