But i was thinking if any one canhelp with Numbers of agent who speak English. Quite often a phone could be answered by different people depending on who is on duty when the call is made. Many of the HG agents speak enough English to arrange an appointment with their girls. If you can't understand the name or location of the hotel, ask the agent to SMS the phone number of the hotel to you and phone the hotel for directions.
