The "official" asking price is upwards of GBP6K per square foot. The cheapest home on offer is a humble one-bedroom flat, said to cost GBP6.75m. If that is not grand enough then there are still a few others available between GBP27m to GBP33m. If you are serious don't be affraid to ask for a discount, as 70% or more may be on offer. Obviously, if you take issue with the annual service charge which could be upward of GBP50K a year, then its probably best that you don't bother making enquiries.
