door lurking etiquette - take a number

The other day, I finished my session with a girl and when I got out the door, there were 4 bros forming an enclosure around the door looking at the girl. What happened to table manners? Wow!, I didn't realize it at the time, after I found out that CoCo was there anymore I went to check Nicole out..and she was available, but right when we were about done, this young man keep ring the door bell...I got little bit annoyed by it..
