Venetian Crackdown

Anyone know the reasons why the Venetian was targetted recently with  a crackdown.  Many WG's arrested along with their pimps.

OK, in a nutshel. The raid was done very discreetly and even staff that work at the Venetian did not know this had taken place. This entire episode was mainly meant to put the WG situation at the Venetian in the headlines and not meant to deal a blow to WGs in Macau in general. I can confirm that everything is back to normal now and down time was less than 48 hours. While the PRC girls were away (some working at the Crown across the street), there were other non-PRC WGs on the casino floor of the Venetian that benefited from the lack of competition.

Thansk Geoduck.   Is the Crown now a good hunting ground and as good as Venetian. Interested to know on my next visit there next year.

alot of WG hang out at the seats to the elevators to the VIP suites. I saw like 10-15 all sitting there on my last visit to the Crown in November.
