A 39-YEAR-OLD civilian employee of the Singapore police force masturbated in his office before adding his semen into his female colleagues’ drinking bottles, Sim Keng Tee approached his colleagues on the pretext of having a chat with them before secretly recording them drinking the water with his mobile phone.
The administrative staff started his despicable act on Feb 21, 2008 when he masturbated in front of a woman colleague’s photo. He kept his semen in a bottle before pouring
it into her drinking bottle.
Nearly two months later, he did it again to another co-worker and recorded his acts before saving the video clips in his computer.
His ruse was only exposed after another co-worker caught him taking an upskirt photo of her in September last year. She snatched his phone before calling the police.
Police found the clips in the computer of the man who was later sacked from the force.
On Wednesday, the man pleaded guilty to all 146 charges of misdemeanour at a court in Singapore. The court has set Dec 1 for sentencing.
