Has anyone an idea who gives this rating...  in most cases it is always 4/5 but sometimes 3/5.  Attachment: Your usergroup does not have permission to access attachments

The rating is never less than 3/5, and skill rarely goes up to 4/5. I don't recall ever seeing a 5/5. In short, just ignore them completely and spend your time reading reports instead.

But yes, those comments are totally meaningless. Just random figures that are typed into the computer. To put this into perspective, i once nailed a local wg who had tyres like you wouldn't believe. She had Michelin Man stamped on her forehead and double chin - she was that bad. Yet, she was given a 3 for body.

If it's too high, it might be considered unrealistic; if it's too low, it might scare away customers. Middle of the road is better. Also, if customers voted, then it would no longer be an ad.
