Rescuers found the man crouched over the toilet with his arm submerged. It took 10 minutes to remove the man's cut and bruised arm - along with his waterlogged phone. Reminds me of Homer Simpson when he's getting candy out of the candy machine... He gets his hand stuck... fire and police department turn up. They do a scan and realise that homer can free himself if he just lets go of the candy.
