I can't seem to stop. I keep doing a bit of work, then coming back here!!!
I think maybe I will have to close all my browser windows!
You clearly do have an addiction.
Nothing wrong with an addiction as such. Addictions are a lot of fun. As long as it's supporting your career and your quality of life in general it's OK.
But if it is affecting your work and career you have to fix it.
WARNING: IF YOU DO NOT TAKE CONTROL OVER YOUR BEHAVIOR YOU WILL CONTINUE YOUR DOWNWARD SLIDE, which means potentially losing your job, your money, and losing your ability to enjoy your hobby in the first place.
Accept you are out of control, and fix it.
First: try setting yourself clear limits, and stick to them. For example you can allow yourself access to the site as a reward for completing a deliverable. That way at least you can go on having fun and maybe even become more productive at work. Win / win. Keep your job and your addiction.
But: if that fails (and if you are really out of control it might fail) get professional help. Counselling (if you can afford paid sex you can afford a counsellor), or group therapy.
Summary
You have to take a leaf out of the Alcoholics Anonymous workbook. That means ACCEPTING AND OWNING YOU ARE OUT OF CONTROL, AND THE WEBSITE IS CONTROLLING YOU.
Only then can you possibly move forward.
Find someone else in the same situation, and work with them to help them break their habit - on a tit-for-tat basis. You cure them they cure you.
And best of all sign up for professional help. It's out there, find it. Soon.
