how do you ask for prostate massage in chinese or canto?

For those of you that get periodic PSA tests, I'm sure that a prostate massage will cause your PSA count to sky rocket.

Could you please explain what the PSA test is and what a high count entails?

The whole thing about the prostate and PSA test is rather complicated and can be better explained by your doctor or doing some research on the internet.
But in general- the male's prostate gland produces semen.  Its located just above your penis area, next to your bladder, and can be felt through your anus.  Prostate cancer is a common form of cancer in men.  Besides a digital (finger) rectal exam, another test to detect prostate cancer is a prostate-specific antigen (PSA) screening test; which is done through a blood draw. The acceptable level of the PSA antigens goes up as men get older.  However, if its too high or climbs up to quickly- it can mean (and not limited to) the following:
1.  You have an enlarged prostate due to a prostate or urinary tract infection (may result in slow urination).
2.  You had sex within the past 24 hrs.
3.  You did something that irritated your prostate- such as riding a bike.
4.  You just had a digital rectal exam.

So I'm just saying that if a rectal exam can cause your PSA level to go up, I can't imagine what a prostate massage will do.  The WG must really bang that prostate around.
So try not getting a prostate massage at least a couple of weeks before a PSA test.

Which hobby- prostate massages or bike ridding?      Just joking.   Riding a bike or other similar activies may increase your PSA level numbers but I don't think  it will cause cancer.   Best to consult with your doctor or urologist.

The prostrate massages I've had in china didn't involve sticking a finger up the ass...more of a slow build up and actually veery relaxing oil body massage, which eventually leads to the masseuse's hands massaging the scrotum and shaft, sliding her hands all over and tickling your skin by running her fingers very lightly every now and then.

I can verify that as well - though I have yet to try it, a masseuse told me that a prostate massage (at least in China) does not include fingering through the ass, but just constant rubbing of the vein leading up to the split between the two testicles. It is similar to the area which gets poked at the end body massages when girls are massaging the thigh area.
