I usually take a piss before sex as I find the urge to pee while in the middle of sex to painful to ignore and makes me cum too fast.  Plus if I am at a sauna and planned to stay overnight, I don't wnt to have to wake up after my HE and piss before sleeping, I am lazy once I get to bed. But at the busted condom episode I had with a wg a few months ago, I wished I had some urine to piss so I can wash out my dick of any potential stds.  I was dry.   I cannot imagine too many bros being able to take both a piss before and after the act; it is not one has an opportunity to drink something unless you count the tea used in the hot-cold bj.   What about you then? Otherwise, I get too distracted by my bladder and can't cum, which means I have to get up anyway and pee in the middle of the act. And yes, peeing afterward is healthy for both sexes. When it comes to protected sex, I think it applies more for women, who need to wash out the cavity regardless. So, if you're at home with the regular, make her pee afterward if she's not already doing it--it keeps you both healthy. If it's protected with a WG, it probably doesn't matter much what you do afterward.
