Which saunas have the best food?

Not a silly question at all.  Sometimes I have to justify spending the money to go to a sauna when I can go try one of those walkups massages.  So far I have found GFS to have the best food especially for dinner.  The choices and quality are comparable to a chachanteng (HK Chinese diner).  I can see that the kitchen even has a presssure-cooker which explains why they can make some tasty dishes.  Even the masseuses there eat there and say it is good.

Filling myself on a meal at GFS would be equivalent to spending about $50-$70 in the chachantengs near GFS.  Hence after deducting estimated cost of an equivalent meal, I get a great massage (90mins+), complete with clean showers, lockers, and HE at a price comparable or less expensive than a walkup.

Most of the other saunas I have been too only had the simple instant noodles plus simple toppings or dumplings.

Any one have recommendations?

Are you asking for saunas in Hong Kong, Macau, China or in general...?

For Macau saunas, food at East Spa or Sanado is pretty decent and you can order as much want until your heart's content

I like the buffet at 18 in Macau. There is always some kind of soup in the line up. I believe the buffet is only served on weekdays.

Oops, I forgot to clarify my question.  I meant which saunas in HK have the best food.

Considering the cost of the saunas in Macau, saving $50-$70 is not a big incentive there.

When I went to Sanado I asked which noodle is spicy and was brought a plate of a wet, but soupless spicy brown noodle that was delicious. does anyone have any idea what i ate and its name in chinese? it might have been an indonesian or malay dish as i had never seen it b4 in hk/macau.

thx

It would be 炸酱面 if the noodles had some small bits of meat and also noticeable amount of chilly oil.
It sounds more like mee goreng if it's just plain noodles, more "rubbery"/chewy, and a thicker sauce.
Mee goreng fucking rocks!
Add a fried egg and you're all set!
