You also might want to confirm with the agent handling the girl that she accepts clients that are not Asian if this is relevant in your case. I have been told by a couple of "phone appointment" agents that they only service "China people".

I don't think you should ask the manager or the front desk for help. Depending on the hotel, management might not like to get involved with working girls. In my opinion ask the bellboy for help. Get some money out and let him see you do it. It is better this way because he is more likely to help you if he thinks he's getting a tip. Say IF something bad happened, they'll trace back to the original organiser and that will be the front desk colleague who is on duty! They'll be in trouble big time! Bell boy can float about the hotel freely and can hide in a corner with you , while you two make the call.. Or to be extra sly, you could order room service (food etc) and get the delivery person to make the call in your room
