Any hotel will have massage girls call you up and asking if yuou want to have a massage and prob an overnight as well. Prices are reasonalbe for ST $300 and LT $800 quoted to me.

I've always suspected that Northerners are not pure Han Chinese but rather a mix of Han and Korean or Mongolian, cause there are some big and fat ass bastards up here not unlike in teh South.

I was quoted $300 for ST and $800 for LT. I can find a girl in Shenzhen that does long term for $500 and shenzhen is a Tier 1 city so it all depends.

Tip for the future, don't stay at the Sheng Du International Tower in Jining if you want to pursue your hobby. Nice hotel, but absolutely no action and I think you would struggle like mad to get anyone back with you or for them to order you 'room service'. Apparently it's government run so I shat my pants about the consequences so sat in the bar on my own and nursed a cold beer! It's also in the middle of nowhere so it's a taxi ride to any BBS and not knowing the place I decided not to bother. Keep on mongering....
