that depends on what time..
generally, getting a cab is not a prob.
but during peak hours, 8am-10am.. 4:30pm-8pm.. unless you are at Venetian, it can be quite difficult to get a cab.
when i am stranded without a cab, (usually at Rio, there's always NO cab there!)
i will find the nearest hotel, and take the free shuttle bus to the ferry terminal.
from the ferry terminal, either i take a cab (easier to get one), or again i take the shuttle bus to a hotel nearest to my destination.
