Just think, the HK team or in their football history will probably never have such glory again - let them savour it!

I went to the stadium and watched some of the track and field on Sunday.  Where I was sitting at least, the crowd was going berserk for HK at the start of the women's relay, but once they knew they were not going to win, their attention swiftly turned to China and HK was all but forgotten.

Same thing happened 3 yrs ago when I watched Aus play Japan on the big screen at a shopping centre.  The crowd were rooting for Japan up until the 80th min (Japan were leading 1:0).  After we piled on 2 quick goals some of the crowd started turning their support to Aus.  When we slammed in a 3rd goal, there was all this happy screaming and carrying on.  Unbelievable.
