Generally look at the girl and the way she keeps herself and her surroundings. This will be a good indicator of how careful she is and how clean she is, GENERALLY. Some girls get passed around like a football but are still spotless; others may get one customer a day but are still messy slobs.
True Story: Pre aids days, in the mid 80's I had a takeout in my hotel in Singapore, and I started to french kiss the girl, and she told me that when a man french kissed her or DATY, then she made him use a condom, but otherwise if he did not do these things, then BB.
Even preaids I said "nothing doing", and made her use the condom.
