At my age I get a lot of aches and pains and go for massage a lot. Forget 141 girls. I go to a place in Lockhart Road, close to the junction with Canal Road, in Causeway Bay. I think it's called Sunny Paradise. Been dozens of times but haven't looked at the name for a while.
Start off in the hot bath, sauna or turkish bath to get your muscles warmed up. Then go and ask for a massage. Don't bother sitting down
for a manicure, pedicure, snacks etc - it's just designed to push up the bill. The woman will massage for a few minutes and then ask one
session or two? Each session is 45 minutes and I always take 2 sessions. These women offer nothing but massage and, trust me, you
won't want anything else from these gals. They're big, heavy women with hands like vices. I should warn you - Chinese massage is very
painful unless you're used to it - especially if you already have a physical problem. You pay on the way out and the cost for a double-session massage is around $350. That includes the bath etc.
Good luck, but I warn you again to be prepared - sometimes, it's really
painful and you just have to grit your teeth and get through it. To get the benefit, you also need to go on a regular basis. I try to go
every week.
