Last night I went to 19-21 Jordan Rd to try a massage from one of the ladies in the building, but when I arrived at the site at street level, there was no sign indicating it was "Foremost".  The entrance at street level looked the same as the photo, so I walked up the stairs and there was a Thai restaurant on the first floor and a lift to the right.  Many non-141 people were crowding around the lift and staring at me, probably because I'm a gweilo, so I walked back down and tried to find another lift and even asked the old security guard if it was Foremost by pointing to the word on my bucket list.  With this, he laughed and said sth loudly to me in Canto in a jovial manner, causing a few heads to turn.  I didn't want to embarrass myself by going back to the lift if it wasn't the correct building, so I left and went to the next 141 massage girl on my list.  
Question: Is that lift I described the one I should be taking?  If not, where is it?  Thanks in advance.

There are two lifts on the first floor next to the restaurant.

If you don't want to take the lift then go straight up the stairs.

Don't worry though, this building has guesthouses etc. Strangers like yourself walk in and out every day.

Thanks bro.  Are both lifts in that little lobby area and do both take you to the rooms?  Or is one residential?  
About the stairwell, I was prepared to climb them, but there was a sign on the door saying "manager" or sth to that effect.

One lift goes to odd floors, and the other goes to evens. The stairs are opposite the lift, but I didn't notice a manager sign.

I think I am, due to the restaurant being there.  Anyway, I'll give it another try in the next couple of days.

Not sure but this might be the building that has an entrance around the corner.  In HK it is common for the address to arond the corner, but still called Jordan road, as if it was on Jordan road.  Look around, don't be self conscious, ask to make the unknown, known...

I went up the same set of stairs as depicted in the street level pic, but got lost after that and was confused as I couldn't see the name  "Foremost Building" anyway.

You need to take off your mask to read properly !   

Both of these stairs will lead you to the WGs doors/floor...I usually start at 12F and walk down until I find a suitable WG..
