Health Ring

So I use a health ring (ringconn), mainly for monitoring my sleep, which it does surprisingly accurately. But whenever I have sex (alone or with somebody) late night right before sleeping, the following night's sleep will have an abysmal bad HRV reading, meaning that the excitement is a actually very unhealthy for me before sleeping. This makes sense, as winding down, yoga or a non-sexual massage would be a much better option to keep a high HRV. Anybody else has similar experience? I will probably stick to 3 things for a better sleep: 1. no alc 2. no food 3. no sex - at least not until 4 hours before sleeping.
(HRV - Heart Rate Variability, one of the most accurate indicators of overall health)

To clarify with a bit more context, for those who are interested.  (higher HRV is better, I wear the ring every night to monitor my "sleeping HRV")

- my HRV rating was in the basement when I recently went to my first ever spa experience at midnight, didn't go too well (although it somehow went) and went to sleep right after it, had the worst HRV rating (32) since I bought the ring 1 year ago.

- whereas if I masturbate RIGHT before sleeping, I'll have just a regular bad reading (35-37 instead of the usual 44, depending on the excitement, it's amazingly accurate like a Swiss clock) - every single time.

- when the sexual activity happens earlier in the day it almost won't affect my sleep and the Sleeping HRV at all.

Maybe that's just for me, but overall it adds up - the excitement, contracting muscles, quick and heavy breathing, all these don't seem to support good sleep if done right before sleeping, regardless that after orgasm you seem relatively relieved.
