From my experience, you can submit a review via the club's TG channel or to their LINE account.  They publish them.  The 100 thb discount was honored, though I did have to remind the admin sometimes

SL69 club, they were on Fiwfans ...  Their TG group is now called "SL69 & PGmini Club" ...   They operate at Phetkasem 35/1 .  If you don't know BKK well, this is on the west side of the Chao Phraya, past Thon Buri in Bang Wa.  If you have a motorbike and know the roads there, it's totally doable.  There is also a MRT Phasi Charoen close by.

This place no longer accepts foreigners, I think that dude from here made too much work of it and scared them away from receiving any foreigners, lol.
