THC has many JAV idols in Tokyo, even if only a couple of them right now are actually famous and have done 10+ movies. Most of the others have done 2-3 movies.

In the US there's services like porncompanions.com. I cant remember the others. Never used myself because of the id verification and high cost. I've heard you may also need to get a STD check by the same agencies that legally screen adult entertainers to stay legal if they are treating you as an actor as well.

I think there are two perspectives to consider here:

1) Do you want to have sex with pornstars or OF sex workers as an average Joe?
2) Or do you want to "break into" the industry and have regular access as another performer yourself?

For the first perspective, as others have pointed out, there are some HK / Japanese agents that already have porn stars on offer. You just have to be patient.

For the second perspective, you could start OF yourself. Get fit if you aren't already. Begin to make solo videos or reach out to collab with other OF models in your area. Post on Reddit. Post on OF. Post on Twitter / X. Build an audience. Attend adult conventions and network. Get signed to an agency. Profit.

Regarding OF girls that say they don't meet up -- they mean they don't meet-up with randos in their inbox that can't offer more than money. They already make money. The risk to reward ratio isn't in their favor. However, if you are another performer, even just starting out with a small library to point back to, you change your categorization from lustful weirdo fan to a collaborator that can help make content together. Something to consider.
