Booked a trip to Japan and Thailand in Feb 2025 and was looking for all and any recommendations hotels, hotspots, girls and places. So far in doing research Nikki at Snow White seems to be the best of the best, love young no limit providers. Hopefully, someone can be of help. I can buy you a beer so something. Maybe a bit dated... Not sure about the guest policy... Close to transportation.
But it's walking distance to Soi cowboy, Aya massage, mitu soap, awesome 999... And if you don't mind a 15 minute walk, you can get close Nana, or in the other direction, Cherry Massage.

This is what I did in Bangkok. Got a hotel at Labua which is kind of close to Nana Plaza and Soi Cowboy but I don't think its walking distance, I always got a ride. I believe there is a Marriot that is just as nice as Labua that is closer to Nana Plaza. I had the best time at Soi Cowboy but the hottest girl I picked up was at Nana Plaza, both a great to check out. All these places work the same, pay the mamasan the bar fee and negotiate long time or short time with the girl. I always took them back to my hotel for short time. Be prepared to show ID at your hotel since the staff may check you both for it.

Don't have any advice for you for Thailand as I haven't been there since college.

For Japan, specifically Tokyo, you got lots of options. Popular options among foreigners include Tokyo Hentai Club (delivery service) and soaplands. THC specifically caters to foreigners, so all the girls there are okay with meeting foreigners. Their default service just lists what is allowable by Japanese law, i.e. primarily BJ and no full service. But many girls there are open to full service, just gotta ask them and pay their rate. Kind of an under-the-table thing, and YMMV with each girl (I had one tell me she only offers it to her regulars), but it's certainly available.

Lots of soapland options available. A lot of them are in the Yoshiwara district. I think the most popular one for foreigners is Y-shirt, I've been there twice. They advertise that they're open to foreigners, but what they really mean is that only certain girls are open to it. The two times I've been, they wouldn't let me pick from the full list of girls available that date, but only from a smaller list of 5 girls (and saying the other girls are for Japanese clients only). You can find a few other foreigner friendly soaplands in that same neighborhood as you walk around, but I haven't tried any of those.

Outside of Tokyo, it's still doable to do these sorts of things but they tend to be more geared toward locals.

Tokyo Hentai Club (THC) is a delivery health service (escorts) available in Tokyo and Osaka and has many reviews on this forum. Plus I like that the girls post blog photos, so you can get a good idea of how they really look. And they have AV stars (with fake names, but you can easily find who they are and watch their movies first).
The only issue with THC is that it's a "tourist trap" in the sense that's very expensive, but some of the girls are worth it.

GFE Soapland is a much cheaper alternative and you'll also find reviews here. I think they also allow you to just walk in, see all the girls available live and pick, but I'm not 100% sure (it's based on the website rankings, since they have a ranking for live choosing, but I've never actually been there).

The difference between incall/outcall escorts and soaplands, is that with escorts you can't ask for full sex, it's illegal... which basically means the girl has to accept it and you have to pay more. This also means that with THC you'll usually pay around 30k yen just to meet the girl, 5-10k for the hotel or outcall, then 20-30k more to the girl for actual sex (which is not 100% guaranteed) or even 50-80k for raw sex depending on where you cum. Soaplands can give you full sex legally (because of a loophole in the law as far as I understand) and so you pay just once and it's about 30k only for an hour depending on the girl ranking.
