Patchy has a much more methodical approach to the massage. Whereas about half of the girls will just attack LB from the get go and never give him a breather, Patchy is more about the buildup. About 10 minutes in she gave LB more attention, but only for about 30 secs before doing a bit more massage. I was actually really enjoying this approach as the uncertainty of when and how she's gonna caress LB can add to the experience.
About 20 minutes in she started giving LB much more attention, and her skills are absolutely top notch. She uses a variety of techniques and excels in slow, soft strokes that were driving me wild.
