Have had mixed results with Thermae in the past.  Never taken someone that was terrible, but some nights I don't find anyone of interest, or just not really in the mood for the strange atmosphere.  Today went with a girl smiling a lot for THB2.5k - usually the smiling is a good sign, and when we got back found that she had a smoking body which was a further bonus, although enhanced, she is a nutritionist and everything was firm.  However, she was a bit cold, and while friendly it was a little mechanical.

Have had some gems in the past and keep in touch -  met one last week.  She's beautiful with great technique, but you can see that she's doing it for business as she is super aware of the pricing and her GFE is within her own parameters she's set.  She gave an 'insiders' view of how they talk about prices - she said the price was usually THB3k ST for farang because of her friend's pressure because they are 'larger' and more demanding (I met her before and she said she wouldn't raise prices on someone from before).  She said it was THB2.5k for Japanese, with the reason being that she said they're fast and often tip on top of the set price (guess us farang are too cheap).  She has been with a few Indian but said she had a couple of bad experiences, so although she will go they will be at the THB3k and requesting money up front.  As for LT, the insight is that the price is dependent on time.  After midnight, it's usually THB5k with once before sleeping and once at wake-up (but she said most of her friends leave at 7, if you're not up before then tough luck - she said she would usually wait until the guy was awake or wake him, as she felt cheating otherwise).  If from 11pm THB6k, 10pm THB7k and earlier would be THB8k, also up to 7am.  Unsaid is that if short, they would go back to the bar, so they are compensating for not being able to do this.  It seems sometimes they are in the bar for an hour or longer before going with someone.

This is just one insight - she said that she adjusted based on friends' pressure so guess fairly representative, but seems there are a lot of factors and YMMV.

I always wondered if the girls go back to Thermae after a session, or go straight home. The past two girls I had didn't seem to be in a hurry to leave.

One of them took a 15 minute shower ! Good thing I wasn't paying the water bill. All I could do was wait and watch TV.

Definitely a lot of factors and variables in play with the Thermae denizens.

The regulars are generally in two camps, those who go there to get one ST and then that's them done for the day (night) and they're off back home. Often those with day jobs, studying, kids to get home to and so on. You could probably class them as part timers and they don't do LT's.

The other type of regulars are the ones who return to the Thermae for multiple ST's each night but might also go LT if the punter and price is right.

Then there's the girls who go there only and when they need to for extra cash, they are usually strictly ST only and will do as many as they need to get the Baht they need. There's also distinctions here around the 'need' for cash. For some it's when they 'need' the latest iPhone or MK bag or whatever face gaining trinket is a sudden must-have amongst their social circle. For others they need to pay the rent or pay other bills at the end of the month and so they can be more open to negotiation around prices or even LT's or extras.

My advice is to not be in a hurry to pickup a girl there but take time to speak to a few until you find one that fits your own needs and desires on that particular night. There are so many to choose from your chances of finding a match are generally good. The girls don't have any issues or problems with guys speaking to more than one of them as long as you do it in a friendly, respectful and chilled out way and above all else never cause any girl there to lose face inside the Thermae in front of all the others.

At my local forum (asian), most of guys say ST range - 2500 ~ 3000 / LT range - 5000 ~ 7000

and people believe it is hard to say price lower than that to keep themselves in Thermae cafe. Kind of price fixing.

And Korean, Japanese, and Chinese keep pouring money at them (and as one of them, I'm sorry lol)

because it is still not that bad price in those countries.

Some people experienced after seeing girls once or twice and get their Line account,

they agree seeing the customer with lower price sometimes.
