Not my experience. These girls are there to earn money, and if you are a paying customer then they want you. However, I rarely barefine a girl who approach me. I prefer to select a girl and then barfine her after I had a chance to chat with her.

Regarding Billboards....

This is my goto place in Nana as the girls are always up for fun, especially the ones around the shower/bathtub.  The girls on the rotating stage are generally not much fun as I think they are either less experienced or don't quite have the personality.
