When I step into one where the manager knows me, he would guide me to the fish bowl; and making recommendations in a low voice; almost all the girls that he had recommended were girls sitting alone or most 2; and they don't make eye contact and sitting far from the glass. Behind the one way glass, the girls are sitting in rows on steps. I never choose those in the front rows; they are the ones with the eye contacts; looking sweetly at you and thinking "please choose me; I need to pay for food and I need as many customers as I can" But of course, if are new to them, the manager will simply recommend the one who is next on the list (since the girls are on a queue); repeat customers alway get the good ones.
