If the girl can deepthroat I probably would.  However I'd rather just let her know I'm about to cum, usually she works the special technique which I like a little more vigorously and the feeling is sensational.  I probably held a girls head down once when I was drunk and I only remembered how she was choking and the hitting later on because she couldn't position herself to receive my load.
