I know this is probably a dumb question with a VERY simple answer and it’s most likely been asked/answered before but, where can i get started as far as references? I live in the bay area and most of the orgs i contact ask for references, which i don’t have. I understand the need for it but it does get a little frustrating when i am trying to book and am genuinely interested in seeing someone and i am unable to due to a lack of org references. If anyone has any pointers, maybe an org i can start with that doesn’t require references, I’d appreciate it. Just feeling a little lost and defeated right now

Without references, SA and SKG were the first orgs that were willing to work with me. PC and LSC are popular choices as they don't require refs but from what I've read, they also won't be refs either. #3 Post at 11-7-2024 20:58  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L It's tough to find a first reference with orgs in the bay. But I started with LKS and then used Seoul Playmates and they were both able to give references. Initial screening will require a bit more info tho.
