Answers to your Q's:

1.  Doesn't hurt to ask the DJ (serving gal) if she can accompany you.  Don't ask the mama because she has no control over the DJ and obviously she'll say no because she'll be losing out on income if you overnight the DJ instead of her gals.  Anyways, I have tried a couple times, but no luck the first time around.  If they were down with being a KTV gal they would've done that instead of serving drinks.  That said, you can try to kiss them if you want, but I would only do it if your rapport with them was good.  Every cute DJ I seen have kissed, from a peck on the lips to a make-out session.  But then you definitely need to marinate and ply them a bit with drinks, stupid compliments like they're hot, etc.  I also try to get their phone numbers to see if they wanna hang out after.  Just remember that they know that you're a punter so they might treat you as such.  Been successful with that too, but since you're a visitor, it won't work for you as well.
