totally agree with what ramont mentioned.
To improve your sex drive or at least maintain it, do at least the following:
- Sleep more (at least the standard 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep)
- have a healthy lifestyle ( eat greens, workout/gym at least 3 days )
- reduce masturbation or DIY, <-- (which I'm gradually reducing)
I am already 37, and i had the same issue as others are having but following what I have mentioned as above, greatly helps to improve. Of course, we need to be disciplined and always strive to have a healthy lifestyle so that we can always have a satisfying sex experience
