For those who have shot their load early (I admit that I have ) or for those who just want to last longer, what are your tips in building sexual endurance?

I guess I use stop start technique, but that's just annoying for both parties...nonetheless, it's my only weapon under my belt other than getting drunk;; usually helps me go 15-20min.

Was wondering if anyone has other tools. Has anyone used pills like Prozac? I heard that anti-depressive medications work like Prozac (if they have something called SSRIs) but I have no access to them since I'm not depressed at all . Anything OTC maybe?

If you take anabolic steroids you can last at least 1 hour, on the 2nd shot it takes even longer..... starts to hurt after.  I was on gear about 7 years ago and that's what I found.

So the problem is that you only have one shot in you and it comes too quickly?  If you can go for seconds then just letthe first shot happen and go for round 2.  Negotiate ahead of time with the girl to make sure she'll do a double.  That'sthe one shortcoming with Hong Kong girls: the single shot rule seems to be universal.  In the U.S. you can sometimes find an AAMP girl who's happy to let you go twice just so long as it fits within the alloted time.
