Unless you are Japanese, and / or very well connected to Japanese, you have no chance.
It does happen in real life though, and a lot of the stuff you see is real.... and actually sexual assault and more often than not, rape. The women only carriages have created a strange knock on effect that men who see women in normal carriages now believe that these women actually want to be sexually assaulted. the trains networks are so large and spread out that it is impossible for police to effectively combat it. The modus operandi is a group of men loiter on a platform waiting for a train that they know has a large gap between stops, giving them enough time for their rape. They block entrance to a carriage ensuring their victim enters in the middle of them. They then attack the girl. It is pretty horrific really, and often these girls are just school girls.
