Not so Nutty!

Actually it is not that nutty.  Walnut has the ability to tonify kidney yang which is one of the reasons why people have erectile dysfunction.  So from the article it only supports Traditional Chinese Mediince theory, which is a good thing for us Asians.  

Walnut can also be used to treat asthma.

The Americans eat plenty of nuts including walnuts and yet have have to rely on V's

hmmmmmmmmmmmm................................................

Does it mean that walnuts is good only for Asians?

A walnut a day keeps brother awake all day

Viagra

Viagra is excessively abused.  Some people take it just to have sex for 3-4 hours with a hard on.  When you abuse Viagra like that you can have severe heart problem that may also lead to blindness.

I don't recommend using Viagra at all.  Too many complications.

And Americans do not eat more walnuts.  Walnuts in America or anywhere is very expensive.
