Hong Kong Ferry Crash: Human Errors In Boat Crash Cause Outrage

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/20 ... rors_n_1935132.html

By now we all know that at least 39 people have died from the tragic accident that involved two ferries on eve of National Day. I want to know who is at fault?
Was it a case of two stubborn captains refusing to yield right of way?  Was it also the larger ferries fault for leaving the scene of the accident without offering assistance?
I heard that if he stayed in position then the smaller boat would not have sunk as fast.  Unfortunately many of the deceased were children.

My condolences goes out to all the victims...
