HPV Question

I have been reading that it only takes skin to skin contact to get the virus.  I was a little surprised as I always thought it had to be skin to skin with open sores to get the virus...  Anyone ever get this from a working girl?  Even condoms they say cannot protect you 100% agaist this...

hey twfun,

this is the pussy eatting virus right? jk, dunno if anyone on here has it, if they do, they probably won't say anyways.  btw condoms don't 100percent protect you from anything, not even a non disease called pregnancy.

I think so yeah. haha.  but even when you have sex if you rub together the vagina juice could infect your skin...  at least that is what i am reading...  Yeah I suspect no one will be too open to talk about that..  I know condoms are not 100% perfect, but better than nothing.  Trying to be as safe as possible with WGs you know.

I actually know a thing or two about HPV

I have a buddy who is an OBGYN and he tells me that a lot of people have this shit.  There are like 6 different ones in America and possibly another one in addition in Asia.  Usually it doesn't do anything but it can turn into cancer via.  Most women can easily take care of it by taking the vaccine shot which my wife has already taken.  There was a controversial thing in the USA where preteens were taking the vaccine because it was mandatory.  HPV can be spread by kissing, oral sex and of course sex.  Condoms do not work on HPV, it's supposedly smaller and has the  ability to pass thru a condom if I recall correctly.  The shit is, it supposedly causes fibroids that can turn into cancer or scarring tissue preventing women from having babies and even sterilizing them if severe enough. Obviously my wife doesn't have this issue but there are a lot of uninformed married mongers out there fucking it up for their wives if they want to have kids.  The percentage is not minuscule but it is small and it does affect a good amount of people.  China and HK WGs aren't that well informed about HPV, in the US, HPV is a huge thing that is discussed and shared thoroughly.  Hence again, why I stress not to kiss, or daty, although I'll admit to being hypocritical when it comes to receiving BBBJs, but I am slowly turning towards CBJs these days too.

For me, sex with WGs is strickly sex.  If I decide I want a blow job it will be covered, and sex is always covered.  But according to what you say, it can still be spread.  For me, it makes me wonder is it worth paying for sex when a risk like this exists.  The really nasty STDs are mostly contained if you wear a condom correctly and the condom doesn't break, though nothing is 100%, but HPV seems to be one that no matter what you do you could be exposed, even from a non-WG...

Lots of people have HPV and nothing happens, actually the majority of HPV carriers have no symptoms through life.  Men have nothing to worry about, it won't give a guy nut cancer, it's a woman's disease.  Have all your female family members vaccinated fellas, especially if you are going to go out mongering.  You don't want to be the 1 in a 1000 to infect a female member of your family and end up with cervical cancer.

More on HPV.

A human papillomavirus (HPV) is a member of the papillomavirus family of viruses that is capable of infecting humans. Like all papillomaviruses, HPVs establish productive infections only in the stratified epithelium of the skin or mucous membranes. While the majority of the nearly 200 known types of HPV cause no symptoms in most people, some types can cause warts (verrucae), while others can – in a minority of cases – lead to cancers of the cervix, vulva, vagina, and anus in women or cancers of the anus and penis in men.[1]

More than 30 to 40 types of HPV are typically transmitted through sexual contact and infect the anogenital region. Some sexually transmitted HPV types may cause genital warts. Persistent infection with "high-risk" HPV types—different from the ones that cause skin warts—may progress to precancerous lesions and invasive cancer.[2] HPV infection is a cause of nearly all cases of cervical cancer;[3] however, most infections with these types do not cause disease.

Most HPV infections in young females are temporary and have little long-term significance. 70% of infections are gone in 1 year and 90% in 2 years.[4] However, when the infection persists—in 5% to 10% of infected women—there is high risk of developing precancerous lesions of the cervix, which can progress to invasive cervical cancer. This process usually takes 15–20 years, providing many opportunities for detection and treatment of the pre-cancerous lesion. Progression to invasive cancer can be almost always prevented when standard prevention strategies are applied - however the lesions still cause considerable burden necessitating preventive surgeries which do in many cases involve loss of fertility.

In the US and other more developed countries, a cervical Papanicolaou (Pap) test is used to detect abnormal cells which may develop into cancer. During a colposcopic inspection biopsies can be taken and abnormal areas can be removed with a simple procedure, typically with a cauterizing loop or—more common in the developing world—by freezing (cryotherapy).

Pap smears have reduced the incidence and fatalities of cervical cancer in the developed world, but even so there were 11,000 cases and 3,900 deaths in the U.S. in 2008. Cervical cancer has substantial mortality in resource-poor areas; worldwide, there are 490,000 cases and 270,000 deaths.[5][6]

HPV vaccines (Cervarix and Gardasil), which prevent infection with the HPV types (16 and 18) that cause 70% of cervical cancer, may lead to further decreases.[5][7]

Thanks Carpenter.

Problem is for the vaccines, you have to be younger to get them, otherwise they are ineffective so far as I know.

I heard HPV has no symptoms for males and that you can't test for it in males yet either?  Is that true?

There was something in the news saying that it may lead to some sort of cancers.  Even for men.

I am bumping this thread up as it seems to have caught the attention of some of you.

And yes I think there are no symptoms in men, we need to check that.

Chinese Translation for HPV

Can someone type in Chinese "Genital human papillomavirus" ( HPV)

And type in Chinese "Pap test" for "Cervical cancer".

And this is a little harder, type the translation for two types of vaccines ( Cervarix and Gardasil ) if possible.  Might have to be a nurse or doctor for this.

Any suggestion for what to use ( buy ) for treatment for female. I know a female who might have it.

Note: A google translation was NOT very helpful....

Thks...

"Condoms do not work on HPV, it's supposedly smaller and has the  ability to pass thru a condom if I recall correctly."

If that is true, then Polio, hepatitis and HIV will probably all pass thru a condom since they are all viruses.  And if that is ever discovered our hobby will probably be over quick.

This is another good example of where mass innoculations work.  All teenage girls get a shot before they become sexually active and in a generation the disease drops to next to nothing.

Guys. You can get HPV through skin contact.
I remembered my doc told me not via liquid contact.

Most prevalent HPV for men is genital warts (lower risk than cervical cancer on woman), especially when u have multiple sex partners and especially when ur immune is down during that period.

If you have already infected with HPV, vaccines will not work on that particular HPV strains.

Weelock,

HPV iin chinese = 性病疣(尖锐湿疣)

Cervical Cancer in chinese = 子宫颈癌

The idea of new era condom that also covers your whole genital areas including the base shaft and balls should hopefully reduce the transmission of genital warts.

I am no expert, check with your local health centre.
Above undertanding is from my doctors.

It's not in the market yet.

I raise this with my doctor (he is a horny guy as well) bcos of his job listening to stories of his patients. I think he is a punter as well.

He was laughing out loud with the idea and said "that's gonna be the most funniest dom ever invented and it like wearing a transparent underwear for intercourse"

I love to try one if is in the market. Maybe soon......I get shit worry about genital warts more than aything.

I also learn something new from my Doc.

He said genital warts can also be transmitted through Hand Job.
If the massage gal is a carrier of HPV and she has rough warts on her hands/fingers, you cock will also be exposed.

From now onward, before I offer my dick for HandJob, I will check her hand first.

Hell!!! To be safe, I fucking wear a Condom when getting a hand job now.
I like to apologise to a old bro for criticising him wering a condom while getting a handjob from a BBS gal.
He was playing safe and doing the right thing. Peace bro, now I understand...
