Watched this news on TV last night.  Democratic Party's Secretary General Chan Ka Wai resigned because he was caughtvisiting a hooker in Champaign Court.   Since visiting a hooker is not illegal and as far as I know, this guy doesn't even hold any public office, is it even necessary that he resigned?  Why is it that mongering is such a crime that he has to lose his job.  I know he is married but that's the issue between him and his wife.  May be I am not local but this thing just doesn't make sense to me.
