Favorite Chinese Cantonese Dish

I've heard Hong Kong has many kinds of foods.  I personally like ginger chicken,
which is around $4.50 US.   Given that there are so many places to eat in Hong Kong.  What do kind of dishes do you prefer to order from the cantonese food vendors?  How much does the dish usually cost?

You are being too vague, and what the fuck is ginger chicken?  LOL...  I personally love stinky tofu at 7hkd a piece with some sweet hot sauce, curry fishballs, and little egg cakes (different in HK, they have a harder shell, here in NYC it's much softer but less tasty)

Ginger Chicken is the when the chicken is soaked in a semi clear ginger sauce, I think boiled.  Then cut up into pieces served cold with green onion.

白切雞 it is !

I've noticed that the 白切雞 (white chicken) in Hong Kong often have yellow skin and the meat itself is tender. Must be what they feed them...

On the pricing front, the price can vary quite a bit, an average restaurant will cost HK$35-$80 for half/regular portion. But in Park'n'shop they've often sell whole ones for HK$40, of course they chop it up for you once you've selected the one you want.

well 'bak chit gai' or 'bak jaam gai' does come in many forms, can also be served cold.

It's one of my traditional favorites.

i usually get rice plates with either roasted duck (the drumstick is the best), bbq pork, roasted pork, beef stew, steam chicken with ginger sauce, and topped off with a over easy egg. as for dim sum my favorite dish is "sui mai"

Pig Leg.  It's Thai dish that a bar girl ordered for me at Escape.  It's not on the menu.  It's basically a deep fried pig leg served whole with dipping sauces.  You pick it apart with your fingers.  The fried skin on the outside is the best part.  I guarantee it will attract a bunch of Thai WG to your table.  I can't remember the price.
