Has anybody seen this film? Has been out a while from what I believe. Just made me think as I thought most Hk young girls are quite conservative but is there really a growing proportion that are willing to sell their body for money and if so has anybody encountered a Hk girl like this?

The nubile girls in this film look great, if more WGs look like them, i would spent all my money in a very short span of time! But the film itself seems to be quite interesting. Sorta a documentary film about the current generation of young girls in modern cities obsessing about trends, money, sex and having fun. I guess we encounter girls like that all the time from this db. Girls (be it local or from China) who like to have fun and will sell their body for money to keep up with trends and fashion fads. The other day, a 22 year old nubile WG from China (who looks not that much different to the girls in this trailer) told me she's in town to make money to buy an iPhone4. Sad but guess it's one of the realities in life. Keeping up with trends even if you couldn't afford it, next thing to do? Sell your body to feed your desire to be among the in-crowd, and trend to fashion and gadgets.

I kinda skimmed through the movie......it was ok.........I guess why more and more girls are doing this is because its fast money.....you could get that LV or iphone that you wanted very fast opposed to having to save up from allowance (in the case of younger students) to buy the things they want

It was quite a while ago but I remember watching a documentary (I think its called China's Sexual Revolution) that u might b interested in. Talks about the changing sexual trends in a previously surpressed (sexually) society

when i watched this movie i thought more of a bond that these girls create and relate to it instead of them trying to make money fast
but that applies as well.. just didnt see it that way

however the pimps or mamasan uses this term cuz they see them as their vassal, like a money making machine thus calling them that
and in clubs the girls call the pusher mammi so that term might have come from there too

I think you still under estimate the money they can earn from WG-work.
In real statistics, popular girls can have 13-16 rounds plus LT = 20 rounds, while for the few top girls, they may bargain to a better split than the norm of 50:50 with agent.
They can have around 10k per day, I doubt if any of us here in this forum can earn 300k net cash free of tax a month.
