I feel deeply sorry for your guys who have bought one of the islands in The World, unfortunately your new place of abode is likely now to be one of the oceans!!

On the other hand if you prefer a property in central London there are still a few properties available at the the most hyped luxury flats in the world - One Hyde Park.

The "official" asking price is upwards of GBP6K per square foot. The cheapest home on offer is a humble one-bedroom flat, said to cost GBP6.75m. If that is not grand enough then there are still a few others available between GBP27m to GBP33m. If you are serious don't be affraid to ask for a discount, as 70% or more may be on offer. Obviously, if you take issue with the  annual service charge which could be upward of GBP50K a year, then its probably  best that you don't bother making enquiries.

damn island looks pretty dope i must admit.. i would love to claim like Hawaii or something along those lines haha..  if they tried to salvage that, how the hell would they stop the sea from eating it whole.. thats like hard...
